Cancellation of a discounted reservation – NON REFUNDABLE

Please note that in the event of cancellation of a discounted non-refundable reservation, we will be required to charge a fee of 100% of the total accommodation price.

Cancellation of a standard reservation

Please note that in the event of cancellation three days before the planned arrival, we will be required to charge a fee of 50% of the total accommodation price. If the reservation is cancelled less than three days before arrival, this amount is 100% of the total accommodation price.

Complaints

All complaints regarding insufficiently provided services must be submitted by the client at the reception of Hotel U Vlašského dvora. Complaints must be filed no later than 7 days after the client's departure. Complaints will be handled in accordance with the applicable Commercial Code of the Czech Republic. Hotely Kutná Hora s.r.o. bears no responsibility for damages and losses caused by force majeure — e.g. strikes, power outages, traffic accidents, floods, fires, earthquakes, and other circumstances of a natural or social nature.
